Ahh the weekend is over

It has been a crazy way to fast weekend but we enjoyed it.We woke up this am later than usual and enjoyed it :)
Hubby went to start laundry and informed me the washer is toast.I am glad because it was so freaking small I could hardly wash anything.Blankets were sent to the cleaners it was so small.I am just glad it was towels that covered in grease when it crapped out.We have an awesome new one on the way and I hope it gets here soon.

Some friends came over today and the kids played and had so much fun.The L cried when it was time to leave.Before the guests came we went car shopping since we soooooo need another car now and bought this


We pick it up friday.So now hubby has his very own car :)

This Week..

has gone by ubber fast.I drove out a tank of gas getting kidlets where they needed to be etc.We are doing good on the getting everyone where they need to be on time though.We seem to be getting into a schedule and that feels good.Biz is good online but I wish more people came into the shop...oh well such is life.
Hubby is loving the new job and that makes me want to dance but you guys would LOL if you saw me..I can NOT dance.So tomorrow is pics for bday invitations and then my precious has to go in to be repaired.The good thing is they are giving me a loaner to use.
more later since I need to be sleeping :)

We Did It!!!

We did it and I cannot believe we pulled it off.You see this is the first time everyone had somewhere they needed to be before 8am.If you remember I talked about hubby getting a new job after being home 8 months.We only have one car(for now) so he has to deposit the kidlets off at school/daycare.Up at 6 am and 2 small kidlets dressed and ready by 7 am.Deanna can get herself ready and help with the little ones.This is exciting news for us as we are always late.I never used to be late and was always early and now I am late.Everytime we travel or try to go somewhere we are always at least an hour late leaving.So you see this is huge for us to be ready and out the door :)
I hope there are more mornings like this in store for us.

It is a very good day!

It is a very good day and let me tell you why.Søren lost his job on July 1st.He has looked and looked but nothing happened.He was getting a bit discouraged after all this time.The kids started getting sick about mid February.2 weeks ago Makayla got bronchitis and the next day Mack got it.Then last friday Macks turned to pneumonia and this week its an ear infection with pneumonia.Also monday Makayla got a tummy bug.So it has been a long 8 months with hubby home and 3 weeks with sick kids.I love hubby being home and all but the time has come for him to GOOOOOOOO.
He applied for a job the 8th of February and they called him in the week after for an interview on the 18th and told him they would let home know.He came home just hoping they would hire him and I hoped to for both our sakes.
They called the next day woooot and told him on monday the 22 they would send a link for a personality test and if they hired him when could he start.He completed it and waited.They said they would call the same day.We waited on snow and icicles for them to call back.He tried calling them and emailing and nothing.Friday they finally call and ask him to come in tuesday.He went in for the second interview and left feeling confident but did not want to get his hopes up.They said they would call by the end of the week.
He stopped of for some new pacifiers and change and came home.He was not even home 5 minutes and they called(this is where I do the happy happy happy dance) They hired him and told him he would start the 15th of March
They asked him to come in thursday(today) to sign the paper work and all that jazz.
He got there and sent me a text that he would start tomorrow!?!?!.
Yippeee but we are not ready.We need another car and we had apointments scheduled for next week before he started.
Oh well we will make it and it will be weird without him here.
I will survive :D
